Room was clean and as described. It's near quite a few pharmacies, restaurants and bars but not so close you hear anything. We had a peaceful stay and the owners were super responsive. There is construction next door but that's everywhere in Tulum these days, the workers stop around dinner time and then it is quite peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans and the bed was comfortable. Can't ask for more!

Everything was as expected! Clean room, comfortable bed. We had a room with kitchen which was well equipped.

I miss this place so much!!! Can't wait to come back, it feels welcome. The rooms are beautiful and clean the location is great, lots of great places to eat nearby but away from the hustle and bustle. My favorite place in Tulum!

Little oasis in Tulum. I feel so much safe and comfortable in this place. Nearby many small restaurants and yoga studio. The lady who runs this place helped us a lot with a warm heart.

CASA YAAKUN es un auténtico oasis. La arquitectura verde y el diseño de interiores son sublimes, en plena armonía con el entorno tropical. Los árboles se integran en el espacio, y el interior se fusiona con el exterior. Un Gerente encantador te recomendará los lugares que no te puedes perder. Ideal para parejas o estancias individuales si buscas alojamiento íntimo y exclusivo. Estuve sola, trabajando, y la calma que se respira hace que fluya la inspiración. Ofrecen tours y experiencias para una estancia muy auténtica y "concierge services". La propiedad es una joya y está muy bien situada, en La Veleta, área animada pero tranquila. Muy cerca de Tulum pueblo, de Sian Ka'an y de impresionantes cenotes.

I planned to stay here on a trip recently but had last minute changes; the hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible and I could not have had a better experience with them. If I return to Tulum, I will definitely stay here!
